At Wambie Wellness, our vision is to create a sanctuary for embodied presence. A space where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels natural, safe, and unforced.
Rooted in breathwork and embodied practices, and supported by self-led infrared sauna and cold plunge experiences, Wambie Wellness offers a holistic environment that honours the body’s own rhythm and wisdom. Rather than asking anyone to become something new, our intention is to create the conditions for remembering what is already within.
We are committed to holding an inclusive, open space where each individual is met exactly where they are. A space that invites self-connection, inner trust, and a deeper relationship with the body, with others, and with the natural world. Our vision is that what is experienced here doesn’t stay within these walls, but gently weaves into everyday life, supporting presence, groundedness, and a sense of connection long after you leave.

At Wambie Wellness, our mission is to create a grounded, inclusive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, slow their pace, and return to themselves.
We offer breathwork and embodied practices alongside self-led infrared sauna and cold plunge experiences, not as solutions to be chased, but as supportive tools that invite presence, regulation, and inner connection. Each offering is designed to be met in an individual way, without pressure, expectation, or a prescribed outcome.
Rather than guiding people toward who they should be, our mission is to hold space for remembering, for trusting the body, honouring personal rhythm, and cultivating a deeper sense of self-connection that naturally extends into daily life. Through this approach, Wambie Wellness exists as a place of restoration, embodied awareness, and gentle reconnection for both individuals and the wider community.

I’m Libby, and I’m the heart behind Wambie Wellness.
My journey with breathwork began as a personal return to myself. I was seeking more ease, presence, and connection in my body, and through breathwork and embodied practices, I began to experience a deeper sense of clarity, regulation, and self-trust, not by forcing change, but by listening more closely to what my body was already holding.
This personal work naturally evolved into professional study and practice. I am a Level II Anam Alignment Method Practitioner, with advanced training in trauma-aware breathwork, somatics, embodied anatomy, energetics, and nervous system regulation. I am also a certified trauma-informed coach, grounding my facilitation in safety, consent, and deep respect for each individual’s pace and experience.
My approach is calm, grounded, and non-directive. I don’t guide people toward a particular outcome or experience, instead, I create a space where the body can soften, regulate, and reconnect in its own way. Whether someone is new to breathwork or returning to it as part of an ongoing practice, they are met exactly where they are.
At the heart of my work is a belief that the body carries its own wisdom. Through intentional breathing and embodied awareness, we can reconnect with our inner rhythm, cultivate trust within ourselves, and experience a greater sense of presence and aliveness, both within the space and in everyday life.
Wambie Wellness is an extension of this philosophy. It is a place to slow down, return to the body, and be held in a way that feels safe, inclusive, and grounded. I’m honoured to hold space for those who feel the quiet pull to reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater ease and authenticity.
