Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional healing. Many people experience clarity, relaxation, and a deep sense of connection after a session.
Breathwork is generally safe, but it is important that clients disclose any conditions, medical or otherwise, that may affect their ability to participate in a Breathwork session so the facilitator can determine if it is safe for them to participate.
This includes present or past experiences of diagnosed severe mental illness, neurological conditions, heart conditions, history of blood clots, history of epilepsy and seizures, detached retina and other ocular issues, all heart conditions/attacks, high blood pressure, pregnancy, recent physical injuries, fractures and surgeries or any other contraindications of Breathwork not listed here.
If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us so we can discuss your situation and what options are available to you with breathwork. All conversations, as with the sessions are treated with sensitivity and complete confidence.
Taking alcohol or drugs prior to, or during this session will result in clients not being able to participate in the session.
Each session begins with intention setting, meditation and guided breathing. You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Every experience is unique, and I hold a safe, supportive space for you to explore.
If our available breathwork appointment times don’t work for you, feel free to reach out. While spaces are limited, additional appointments may be available upon request and agreement with Libby. We’re happy to explore options that fit your schedule!

Infrared sauna therapy helps with detoxification, muscle recovery, improved circulation, and stress relief. It provides deep heat that penetrates the body without overheating the surrounding air.
Sessions typically last between 20-45 minutes, depending on your experience level and comfort. If you're new to infrared therapy, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase over time.
Our infrared sauna heats up to 72°C, providing deep, penetrating warmth to support relaxation, detoxification, and muscle recovery.
Cold plunging reduces inflammation, improves circulation, boosts energy, and enhances mental resilience. It’s also a great complement to the infrared sauna, creating a contrast therapy effect that promotes recovery and relaxation.
Start with 30 seconds to 2 minutes, focusing on deep breathing. With practice, you may be able to extend your time, but always listen to your body and exit when needed.
Our cold plunge generally operates at 10°C, offering a refreshing and invigorating experience to help reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and enhance recovery.
You can do either first, depending on your goal. Many prefer starting with the sauna for deep warmth and then finishing with a cold plunge to refresh and invigorate the body. Please ALWAYS rinse your body before getting into the cold plunge.
Yes! Many people love pairing breathwork with the infrared sauna or cold plunge for a full-body reset. Let us know if you’d like to customize your experience.
