Using Our Facilities

Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge

 We invite you to enjoy our wellness space with mindfulness and care. 


To ensure a peaceful and safe experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:


  • Waivers must be signed before using the facilities.
  • Parking is available in the driveway, please be mindful not to park others in.
  • This is a self-service space and may not always be staffed. For your safety, the area is monitored by 24-hour video security.
  • Please note that bathroom facilities are not available on-site.
  • To honor a shared and respectful environment, swimwear is required at all times.
  • Please bring a towel and use it while in the sauna.
  • Bring water to stay hydrated before and after your session.
  • If the sauna has not been used earlier in the day, it may take some time to warm up—allow yourself a moment to settle in and enjoy the process.
  • Rinse off in the outdoor shower before using the facilities and when transitioning from the sauna to the cold plunge.
  • If you'd like to set the mood with music, simply say, "Alexa, play..."
  • Be mindful of wet surfaces—the area may become slippery when wet, so please take care when moving around.
  • We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it, using the wipes provided to keep the area fresh for the next guest.

Preparing For Your Breathwork Journey

 We invite you to step into this space with an open mind and a sense of curiosity. To ensure you have a safe and enriching experience, please keep the following in mind:


  • Waivers must be signed before your session.
  • Parking is available in the driveway, please be mindful not to park others in.
  • If you have any recent health concerns or long-term conditions, please inform the facilitator beforehand so we can best support your experience.
  • Dress comfortably in loose, breathable clothing or active wear to allow for ease of movement and relaxation.
  • Bring water to stay hydrated before and after your session.
  • A journal and pen are recommended, especially for group sessions, to reflect on insights or emotions that may arise.
  • Avoid eating for at least two hours prior to your session to allow for a more comfortable and deeper experience.
  • If possible, limit caffeine intake beforehand to help maintain a calm and grounded state.
  • No drugs or alcohol should be consumed before the session unless medically prescribed.
  • If attending a group session, please be mindful of others in the space—this is a time for deep personal work and shared energy.
  • Most importantly, come with an open mind and no expectations—each breathwork journey is unique and unfolds in its own way.
