By purchasing a Sauna & Ice Bath Membership at Wambie Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Inclusions & Access
- This membership grants access to the sauna and ice bath, subject to appointment availability.
- Membership does not include access to breathwork sessions or other wellness services.
- Bookings are required, and availability may vary.
2. Membership Use & Eligibility
- Memberships are individual and cannot be shared or transferred.
- If two people wish to book a session together, both individuals must hold separate memberships.
- Members must adhere to Wambie Wellness guidelines for safe use of the facilities.
3. Membership Term & Payments
- Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis.
- Payments are processed monthly, and access remains active as long as the membership is in good standing.
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
4. Appointment Policy
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done within Wambie Wellness' designated time frame to avoid forfeiting the session.
5. Health & Safety
- Members must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely use the sauna and ice bath.
- Use of the facilities is at the member’s own risk. Wambie Wellness is not liable for any injuries or health-related issues arising from sauna or ice bath use.
6. Membership Setup
- All memberships must be set up by Wambie Wellness.
- To sign up, please contact us directly to arrange your membership.
7. Membership Cancellation & Termination
- Wambie Wellness reserves the right to cancel any membership if the terms and conditions are not adhered to or if there is misuse of the facility.
- Cancellation due to a violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of access with no refund provided.
By signing up for this membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
